Coffee’s On!
Awaken to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, available from 7 a.m. each morning (hot tea, cocoa and cider are also available). Meanwhile, in our kitchen we’ll be readying a freshly created fruit course (parfait, fruit cup, fruit soup or crisp), scones or muffins fresh from the oven and breakfast’s main courses.

The Federal House Inn embraces the farm-to-table movement using innovative ingredients from local farms whenever possible. Enjoy our signature Berkshires breakfast in front of the fireplace in the dining room with original wide plank pumpkin pine flooring and individual tables, or on the expanse front porch.
We take food allergies seriously and work hard to prevent cross-contamination for our guests. Please inform us of any allergies and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Please realize, however, that we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination. If your allergy is life-threatening, please inform us as soon as possible.
While we make exceptions for those with allergies, food sensitivities, or with dietary restrictions (religious, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) we do not run an “open kitchen”. Care and time goes into each day’s menu. We trust that you understand why we do not offer menu variances unless notified prior to your arrival.
Again, please let us know if you have allergies to any food items. In addition, some of our dishes may contain uncooked alcohol. If you prefer food without alcohol, please let us know.
